It’s also ideal to use mouth rinses that prevent cavities, reduce bacteria and fight bad breath. You should use antiseptic that kills bacteria, instead of a cosmetic rinse that only freshens your breath.
Watching Your Diet

Staying hydrated is another way to avoid bad breath and tooth decay. It’s especially true if you can’t brush your teeth after having a meal. By drinking water, you’re helping your mouth clean harmful bacteria and debris from your teeth. But stay away from sugary drinks as they can make your breath smell bad.
